Tell me about the process of buying something from you?

It's safe to experiment! You are only committed when you get to Stage 5.

1. When you pick on a product category, for example; "Heatsinks & Hardware" you will find yourself in the 'Shop' part of the website. There will be some individual products listed on this page. Picking one of them takes you to a page dedicated to that product.
2. On the 'Product' page you may order a product or it's variants by picking the 'Trolley +' button. This takes you to a 'Shopping Cart' page. At the bottom of the page there is a currency converter that may be used any time. Use the buttons at the top of the page (Home/Store Front/Category Menu) to navigate to other items you want.
3. When you have got all the things you want, click on the 'Checkout' button. This takes you to a screen showing a list of what you have ordered, and freight costs. The default is to "Anywhere in New Zealand." Under 'Order Options' choose the correct area of the world and the freight method (Pull down menu). You can experiment with the different methods without committing yourself. Make sure you 'un-tick' the 'Resident in NZ' box to remove the local sales tax if this does not apply to you.
4. When you are satisfied with your order and freight method. Pick either; (Top right)
   1. Fax/Postal Order This takes you to a printable page to fill in. Your email address is still needed for order confirmation.
   2. Order Securely This takes you to the Internet 'secure' area. Check that the secure 'padlock' is displayed at the bottom of your screen. Enter your Visa / Mastercard and contact details.
5. Then either pick the 'Submit Order' button or Fax/Post your order. This is the point at which you are committing yourself to an order.
6. You will immediately receive an emailed automatic order confirmation. When your order has been dispatched (usually within 2-3 days) you will receive another email, which includes a 'link' to check the Tracking status of your package.
7. Picking 'Continue' on the order page takes you back to the 'Shop'. (The end of the process)

What will it cost to freight ezChassis to me?

You can explore the checkout part of the website without accidentally ordering, there you can see the cost for a couple of freight options to your part of the world. Freight is calculated and charged at cost for the weight of items you have chosen. As a rough guide, sending an ezChassis to Australia is ~A$25, to USA & Asia ~US$50 and to Europe ~€45. All freight options include basic insurance, some include Track & Trace. Shipping gets proportionally cheaper with weight, so combine your order with a friend.

As well as Credit Cards can I pay by Bank Draft?

NZ Customers can pay easily/cheaply using their usual Internet Banking Service. Just contact us for our bank details. Bank drafts in $NZ are accepted by negotiation but it is frequently slow and some banks charge significant fees to do this. Similarly for Western Union drafts.

Security

The shopping element of this site uses a secure 128-bit server. If fax ordering is a concern you might like to fax an order with some credit card numbers missing and then email them separately.
